From day one, hTrak has been designed as a point of use data collection tool. As well as providing valuable data when implemented on a standalone basis, our web based approach and adoption of a standard SQL database environment enables us to easily facilitate the export of high integrity data into appropriate core enterprise IT systems. Examples include: ERP – General Ledger, Inventory Management, Patient billing, Patient costing, and Central data repositories.

Our expert technical staff can provide exports in a variety of formats and structures including HL7. In the case of industry standard applications, these exports are designed and developed at no cost to the client. 

As well as providing data from our web server, our handheld application now incorporates an FTP client. Once connected to the local network this enables data to be passed real time to other applications, such as those running in the catheter lab or theatre. As this data is usually entered manually, an automated process will save key personnel valuable time, and greatly improve accuracy and data integrity.

hTrak is working with a number of major Health IT organisations, to add real time point of use data collection functionality to their existing mainstream applications.

 

Capture Data

Capture the agreed data elements in the operational environment through the use of an approved and certified mobile handheld scanner.

Synchronise Data

Connect to the hTrak Web Server and accurately synchronise the captured data. Reliable Internet connectivity to be provided by the client. 

Access Data

Provide reliable access to the synchronised data for client authorised personnel or processes.
