Because hTrak is a true ASP solution, all synchronised data is available in a secure web server environment. Anyone with the required authorisation can log on to the system and download reports through any industry standard web browser. Handhelds are normally synchronised at the end of a list. That data is then immediately available and accessible. This enables authorised finance/management staff to access important data virtually real time, on inventory activity as well as other financially related data such as facility utilisation and procedural costs, without the need to involve departmental staff.

This eliminates the need for busy nursing staff to respond to data and information requests from business management, supply or financial personnel.

Any standard reporting/data requirements can be scheduled and "pushed" to the receiving address in whatever format it is required. This can be in PDF, CSV, TSV, HTML or any other prescribed format.

hTrak has anticipated the need for high level management to manage a number of facilities across an enterprise. Accordingly, we have provided a reporting environment which would allow the appropriately authorised user to access an individual facility's data or aggregated data across the nominated sites.

We can normalise key financial data such as hospital product codes, GL codes, contracts and prices as well as setting an overall device profile which can form the basis for selecting an individual facility profile.

At a higher level, this allows an overall management plan to be put into place which can assist in controlling the budgetary aspect of the enterprise planning.

Aggregated reporting from normalised data provides enterprise management with inventory usage information which can form the basis of any commercial negotiations.
