The hTrak web server has a standard report which allows authorised staff to enter a recalled device's details and obtain a detailed report clearly identifying the patients involved and other associated procedure data. This enables a hospital to very quickly identify patients involved in a recall and take prompt remedial action.

The hTrak handheld device enables staff to account for devices which may be consumed but for a variety of reasons may not actually end up being implanted in a patient. By simply selecting the reason from a drop down list, these devices will be accounted for in an audit context if recalled but clearly identified so that staff can clearly identify that there is no patient involvement.

 

Capture Data

Capture the agreed data elements in the operational environment through the use of an approved and certified mobile handheld scanner.

Synchronise Data

Connect to the hTrak Web Server and accurately synchronise the captured data. Reliable Internet connectivity to be provided by the client. 

Access Data

Provide reliable access to the synchronised data for client authorised personnel or processes.
